Terms and Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

1. Subject of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of online audio mixing, mastering, and vocal editing services by Bambochezone Pty Ltd, directed by Grace Nguyen, to the Client. By submitting an order via our contact form, the Client agrees to these terms in full.

2. Booking and Orders

Orders are accepted upon receipt of the required stems and payment of the deposit. To ensure quality, all incoming stems must meet the following technical requirements: a sample rate of 44.1kHz or higher, a bit depth of 24-bit, and a peak headroom of -6dB. Failure to provide files meeting these specs may result in delays or additional processing fees.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices listed on our services page are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Any changes to the project scope after the initial agreement may result in a price adjustment. For urgent requests, a rush fee of 30% will be applied to the total cost.

4. Payments and Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final mix/master and before the delivery of high-resolution files. For B2B clients, payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice.

5. Revisions and Turnaround

The standard turnaround time is 5 business days from the date the deposit is paid and all correct files are received. Each service includes 3 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will be charged as extra hours of work. Final delivery includes WAV 24-bit and MP3 formats.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made before work has started will result in a refund of the deposit minus a small administrative fee. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. All services are subject to the Privacy Policy regarding data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

The Client warrants that they own or have the legal right to use all samples, covers, and recordings provided. Bambochezone Pty Ltd does not claim any ownership or copyright over the resulting audio files; all rights remain with the Client. We maintain a backup of project files for 12 months after completion.

8. Liability and Consumer Law

Our services are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). We provide a professional service to industry standards. We are not liable for losses resulting from the Client's failure to provide high-quality source material.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Perth.
