Accessibility Statement

Bambochezone is committed to ensuring that our digital services are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. We believe that music production and professional audio engineering should be inclusive and available to all independent artists.

Quick Summary:
  • We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
  • We comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
  • Our site is designed for keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.
  • We provide a direct channel for accessibility feedback and support.

1. Accessibility Standard

Bambochezone Pty Ltd strives to make its website accessible to all users. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Our commitment aligns with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), ensuring that no individual is treated less favourably due to their disability when accessing our online mixing and mastering platform.

2. Implementation Measures

To achieve our accessibility goals, we have implemented the following technical measures:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, including the navigation menu and contact forms, are fully accessible via the Tab key. We have implemented a skip-link to allow users to bypass repetitive header content.
  • Visual Contrast: Our colour palette is designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, ensuring text is legible against its background.
  • Screen Reader Support: We use semantic HTML5 elements and ARIA attributes to ensure that assistive technologies can accurately interpret the page structure.
  • Alternative Text: All functional images include descriptive alt-text. We note that all photos on this site are illustrative.
  • Reduced Motion: We respect the prefers-reduced-motion CSS media query to disable non-essential animations for users with vestibular disorders.

3. Known Limitations

While we strive for full compliance, some parts of the site may still present challenges. We are currently working on improving the accessibility of complex data tables within our Services hub. Some legacy PDF documents or third-party integrated scripts may not be fully optimised for all screen readers.
